It might sound weird, but I am obsessed with solving problems - and the human body is probably the biggest puzzle to solve, particularly chronic pain or lack of mobility. Hence the career I’ve chosen as a Manual Osteopathy, figuring out each client’s unique root cause of pain or mobility issues is always different, always interesting and it’s so fun to work with clients to improve their quality of life.

After training at the Osteo school in Toronto, National Academy of Osteopathy, I moved back to the Windsor Essex area to start my practice.

I currently spend Thursdays at ‘the good stuff.’ in Amherstburg and also work at clinics in LaSalle and Windsor - spreading the Osteo good word to the Windsor Essex area!

And I’m not a stranger to being in the spotlight! When i was younger there was a singer on american idol that was indian. Every time we would go shopping and cross the border to america, people thought i was him and asked for my autograph. Lets just say being famous can give you a big ego :D

Some other highlights for you:

  • I have a dog named Coco

  • I’m a big self-proclaimed nerd and love watching anime, shows, movies and playing video games

  • I also play volleyball competitively - my serve is deadly!

And the education & training highlights…

  • Completed the Osteopathy program at the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto (2022)

  • Training in Cupping Therapy

  • Currently hold my First Aid/CPR certification

  • My training and expertise is focused on reduction of pain, increasing mobility in the joints and muscles

  • Dedicated to continuing training to help my clients improve their quality of life
