Role: Providing counselling/therapy through the use of talk therapy modalities and aspects of art therapy to to help people heal or improve their mental health.
I work with: Youth (6+), Indigenous folks and Non-FNIM and young adults.
Areas of focus & speciality: I use a unique blend of Westernized and Wholistic/Indigenized therapeutic techniques utilizing aspects of art therapy and a variety of talk therapy modalities. I support clients with general mental health such as depression or anxiety, relational struggles, family dynamics, intergenerational trauma/trauma, grief, and more.
Current rates: $120 per individual session
Hours of work / availability:
In-person - Wednesdays 9am-6pm, Fridays 3pm-8pm, Thursday evenings by request
Virtual - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - hours flexible

Role: As a manual osteopath I use manual techniques to assess and treat musculoskeletal issues such as chronic pain, aiming to restore balance and function within the body.
I work with: Mostly folks 30-60, particularly those with an active lifestyle aiming to improve quality of life.
Areas of focus & speciality: Full body focus, particularly on pain management and increasing range of motion in joints; Cupping therapy; KT taping.
Current rates: $120 for initial 40 minute assessment; $85 for follow up 25 minute appointments (all includes HST)

Current rates: $100 / hr; limited sliding scale rate spots available for those without benefits or with financial stress.
