Start the new year off by joining Sue Kozar on a 4x week 'Intro to Mat Pilates' course.

  • Thursdays, January 9th, 16th, 23rd + 30th.

  • 6:30pm - 7:30pm

  • $100.00

  • Wear comfy clothes

  • Bring your own mat + light blanket

  • At 'the good stuff.' clinic - main reception (don't worry, we'll move the furniture for this one!)

As for our trusty instructor Sue? Let’s hear from her:

"I am a retired RMT (26 years), and I now spend my time teaching people how to move more efficiently, feel ease of movement, and get stronger. That’s the good stuff!

I use the Pilates Method to do this . Pilates helped me when I, myself, had an injury. It helped me improve my posture, strengthen my center, and do everything I love doing and the things that are required of me with functionality and ease. It gave me an overall strength I never thought possible.

I can’t wait to see all of you in this 4 week 'Introduction to Pilates'. We will learn, move, and play. You will go home with a sequence you can use at home and some interesting information about the body. Joseph Pilates believed “15 minutes a day can change your life”. So imagine what we can do with an hour? Let’s do this!"
